OUR VISION

The Paddock offers a new alternative provision designed to re-engage young people in meaningful learning. We open pathways back into formal education while providing a unique approach to SEMH that helps every learner flourish. We offer both ‘Targeted’ and ‘Targeted Plus Support’ for young people to address learning needs and support reintegration.

Our Approach

Our model is grounded in research, shaped by experience, and driven by compassion. Learning at the Paddock is facilitated, not delivered — flexible, responsive, and built around each young person’s needs. We expect the very best for our learners and adapt as their needs evolve.
